One of the most important parts of this home-purchasing experience was handled by Ace Mortgage this time and the team made all the difference. The availability and timing to every email and question was second to none. I've never had a team like Scott and Kelly adopt a customer's situation and work endlessly on us the way they did for us. They were efficient with the time-frame and were always clear and direct on the process. Thank you for the company's philosophy and work ethic. I know the time and work put in must be sacrificing and I couldn't be more appreciative for the dedicated work we had received.
